Get up and MOVE
Get up and MOVE is back and we are excited to offer this exercise class for members again! Get up and MOVE is an hour long seated exercise that takes participants through five 4–6-minute seated exercise circuits ranging from upper body, lower legs, to flexibility. After each 4-6 minute circuit, participants are paired up with undergraduate health sciences students to discuss different health topics (and other topics of choice) discussing for 4-6 minutes. The goal is to make exercise not as overwhelming and to build relationships through wellness. Lauren Feyh (co-founder of GrowIN) and two student interns will lead the group exercise.
