Membership Application

Thank you for considering membership with At Home By High! You have two options for membership -- social or full. Social membership includes all access to our social events and activities for a year, including weekly bingo and coffee meet-ups, happy hours, trips to museums, outdoor excursions, and more! All events are free of cost to social members. Full membership includes everything available to social members, as well as unlimited access to services. Service offerings include:

Advocacy

Carrying/Lifting/Moving Items

Check-in Call

Companion Visit

Computer or Tech Assistance

Grocery or Meal Delivery

Handy Services

Note-Taking at Medical Appointments (would require transporting the member to the appointment first)

Organizing

Paperwork or Application Assistance

Pet Care or Pet Food Delivery

Reading/Writing Mail or Bills

Running Errands (without member)

Scheduling Appointments or Other Assistance with Calls

Transportation

Yard Work or Gardening
